hello? hes still running around doing anything he wants because he does fuck loads of damage and you cant kill him. why did you revert the nerfs?

he is ranked the number 1 top laner, the 4th best jungler, and the 5th best AD. So can he get nerfed now?

Graves is fine. If you want to complain about someone, complain about Kog. Broken as hell in his current state.

No, it's okay that he can rightclick you for half your hp when you try to cs vs him in lane while also having a Rammus W which he can keep up for an entire teamfight.
