Future of Runes in Season 6

Now that we're slimming down Masteries and getting real about the current systems, can we please, PLEASE let up on Runes? Reduce cost, make them free, make them simpler, require less, free pages, something.

Riot you need to be honest with us and stop nickle and diming people when it comes to in-game power. Yes Runes don't cost real money, but they cost IP which puts pressures on other aspects of the game. It isn't fair anymore now that your company is so successful.
