Do your reports if you want, all that will result in: The system will learn to ignore your reports (even the valid ones) entirely.

And this is how you makes your nexts, and maybe valid reports worth 0.

You can report someone for not ganking. But since it's not against the rules to "not gank top for 12 minuts" it will have no other effect than decreasing the value of your report for "abusing report tools". So once you will have done these useless reports enough times, even when your report would have been totaly justified, the system will just ignore it.

So. Basically what I'm reading is: "I'm too salty and incapable of correctly playing league of legends at the micro-level, therefore I will lash out by abusing the report function of league in a completely non-influential and meaningless manner to vent my frustrations against innocent players".
