Celerity unfairly biases in favor of AD

Celerity (Tier 3 Sorcery) Gain 4% increased movement speed and add 8% of your bonus movement speed to your AP or AD, adaptive

AD is worth much more gold per value, yet the rune gives the same bonus to either stat.

In fact, per unit, AP is only worth about 62% of AD in gold value. In order for Celerity to give a compatible value for AP as for AD, it would have to add 12.9% of your bonus movment speed to AP or 8% to AD, adaptive.

Because AP and AD values are different. Mainly due to the fact that one of them has an item that increases the amount by 35%

isn't that the point?

AD has a stat that scales the value by 250%

AD generally gets more per AD than AP when it comes to raw damage, which i think is why the values being the same on celerity is a problem according to OP

Why is Celerity the one being up for nerfing then?

Same reason they're buffing Riven

Transcendence is a noob trap that requires a rigid build to become even mildly useful.

to top it off all item 3086 items give movespeed and so does item 3142, item 3078 , item 3071 , item 3153 (i know its only on its active but its still there) while ap is stuck with a ludens or lichbane

Damn I forgot about that when I looked it over.

They should probably lower the value ADs get, instead of upping the values APs get, because the big AP users are already fairly strong (mainly TF), but users like ADs in general are abuse cases at the moment.
