Lissandra's new passive lacks clarity.

It’s worked out for me quite well. It doesn’t help as much in the one v one but in team fights, where lisssandra does best at, it is quite the catch. Does a lot of damage and is perfect for objective fights

Maybe if I played Lissandra i would notice, but do far only played with/against her.

Might play her again, been a long time...

Well it is kinda new, so we aren't use to it in general.
