Anyone else legitimately worried about ad assassins becoming overpowered in 8.11?

I am not saying "mages are unplayable and need buffs." What I am saying is that ad assassins will start to dominate. With this build item 3111 item 3147 item 3142 item 3036 item 3814 and the new item stormrazor, they will have absurd burst damage on the 1st auto attack. With the standard rune page, they can have 35% armour pen and 64 lethality, meaning they can do true damage to targets up to 99 armour. Most ad assassins have been getting buffed in the past few patches, especially Zed receiving 3. He is already starting to get popular again. Khazix is still able to proc item 3147 4 times in a teamfight.

My main is a counter to assassins and divers, so I'm not so worried - but I think its pretty obvious to anyone that a big ol fat bruiser/assassin meta is incoming. Hot and Heavy like a Llama in heat.

Stormrazor + Duskblade + Pred/Darkharvest + Ignite is basically a one shot without anything but an auto attack on Rengo/Khaz/Shaco ect on PBE

But in order to get to that kind of build it would have to be late game where most of them are at their weakest. At six items almost everyone is going to be strong. Assassins in general already dominate solo queue due to lack of coordination but for pro we will have to wait and see.
