because mages are a weak role for mid, mid is reserved for high impact roles that have alot of movement right now, those champs u listed dont move fast, top mids are like ahri, zed, talon, who all move fast, roam the map, map control, the heroes you listed have none

Because of poor changes to their designs

They put Zyra in the Jungle once a while ago, shame she wasn't given treatment to encourage that playstyle.

Because Riot pushed everyone to the bot lane besides Brand, but they unintentionally put him to bot when they changed his numbers to his base ratios if I remember right, so people found that he did better in the bot lane than mid.
