Even though I hate Dynamic Q with a burning passion and I still really want Tribunal to come back more than ever.

You are making all the right moves to distract me from those things. These changes in 6.9 are MASSIVE and honestly down right cool.

Don't get me wrong i'm still pissed about the other situations, but I just have to, simply HAVE TO try these things out

have fun with premades invading your jungle much more easier than ever, and the twenty minute herald buff that the premades will secure before your solo lanes

Lol can't wait for mages to cry even after this huge buff and rework and top laners who aren't tanks are still waiting for a damn post saying riot even notices it
