Instead of increasing Soraka's healing, why didn't you just nerf E damage and buff Q damage?

That way, when people want to pick Soraka to be aggressive, your "low interaction" aggression problem is solved, and you don't basically buff Soraka's already strong healing for no reason. When can a champion get a nerf without a buff, or at LEAST an equal change? This with the fact that you have items that scale with themselves instead of a champion's actual kit is why support is so bogus. You just keep increasing healing and shielding, while nerfing their damage to the point that all they are is extra walking sub-tanks(Megaman reference if you didn't get it). I don't think Soraka's overall damage was too strong. I think sure, her E max build was too strong, but not her OVERALL damage. If you'd have just moved some damage to Q, she would have been fine imo, or if you REALLY HAD TO, just nerf her E a little bit with no compensation. Stop making champions health tanks please. And for the love of got get rid of heal and shield power and make them build AP for extra healing and shielding dammit. I thought that was the point for Twin Shadows/Shurelya's(which I rarely see by the way, even if I think Shurelya's is an excellent item, BECAUSE HEAL AND SHIELD POWER EXISTS).
