I just faced an MS-stacking Lux with Barrier. :/

If you haven't seen cancer, that's about more cancer to deal with than...something really cancerous. Lichbane, Ludens, Alacrity boots, Janna passive at times, 3rd dragon buff (with the 5th sometimes taking effect), and possible MS quints. You just can't catch her as melee without Alacrity+Deadmans+maybe a Zeal...or being Udyr. Other than that, she got somewhat fed off my downs midlane teammate who was Annie so even chasing her was dangerous when she had mana. And when you do avoid her skillshots to catch her, she has a shield and a snare coming up soon cause cdr lolz.

Why Riot thought it was a great idea to buff one of, if not, the safest AP midlaner is beyond me. The passive buff is all she needed..not the Q or E buffs. Those are just tacked on bonuses...Similar to Xin's crit. He is my fave jungler (pre-6.3) but he doesn't build IE or crits normally (or, well, I don't)...so it's not like it has great synergy. The AD ratio I would say is ok. Maybe.

All I read then stopped. Another Lux cry thread. Love the cries of these people. It makes me laugh so much. Funny part is their only response is always "Lol lux main"

For the sake of people that have brains and want to learn. Lux has to choose to poke you with E or not early. It doesn't do 100000000 damage like people say and she can't spam it. Til she gets Unholy she WILL OOM if she spams it, she only gets about 5 casts worth of mana early on.

Q is very easy to dodge at long range, you deserve death if you get hit at max range, bait it out before you close in on her if you are melee. Nothing new here, thats the same deal with like 30 other champs.

Maybe you should learn to manage mana since you even bother going athene's on her.

Her e does do 100000000 damage with ludens. It's a brain dead ability that rewards lux player's for no reason.

I'd rather get hit by a nid spear because I know that actually took skill to land.

Lets see...

  • Autofarm+poke+burst E
  • Can proc TLD with 1 skill and one AA
  • Insane range
  • Insane waveclear
  • High damage (constant and burst)
  • Team utility
  • Double hard CC
  • Minimal CDs

Yeah I guess that's nothing wrong with that while other artillery mages have half of that kit.

Lets see here, she was given a small buff to her Q and E. Where was Lux prior to that? Ohh right I remember, nonexistant. I think she is fine since I generally beat her easy enough mid lane and that is my 2nd worst role. At most she may be overtuned. She doesn't need a gutting like these retards want. I am assuming since you didn't just say stupid crap like the first guy to reply to me that you have brains.

This literally has the absolute exact situation as Garen. People bitched and moaned about him, still do and Riot basically ignored it since people need to get good. His weakness couldn't become more blatant other than hitting you in the face, yet people still cry about it. I doubt Lux is getting nerfed and if she ever does, its probably to her snare which will still be a long range double snare, it could do no damage at all and people would still probably cry most likely.

Just to follow how you listed. Let me try that with Morgana, a similar champ to Lux, but no one cries about.

Autofarm+poke+free sustain E. Instantly proc TLD with E. Fairly good range CC immune shield. One of the best waveclears. Insane high damage and tanky. Free sustain Team utility 3 forms of CC(snare, slow and stun on ult) Low CDs

This sounds familiar to your list for Lux. Both generally do the same thing, Lux outranges Morg but that is about the only thing Lux outdoes Morg with. Morg gets vastly more health, get just as bursty, shield is a matter of opinion on which is better, one blocks all damage and is AoE but is not that strong, the other blocks only magic damage but also is vastly stronger, but also completely nullifies any CC. One snare hits 2 targets, the other hits 1 but locks them down longer. Their ults are the only thing different and can't really be compared.

But no one complains about Morg when she does similar to Lux, why is that? Hell she is one of the biggest counters to nearly all Assassins and Mages but she goes unnoticed.
