I thought the point of the assassin update was to give assassins longer burst windows.

So what the hell is doing here? I'm getting bursted faster by Rengar/Kha/Talon/etc. now than I was before they got reworked. Did we just decide that assassins instakilling people is fine again?

And no, simply nerfing the damage on the proc is not going to fix the issue unless you nerf it so hard that no one buys the item anymore. Why you thought making an AD version of DFG was a good idea is a mystery to me; at least DFG had the decency of having a CD instead of this crap.
