Did you know: if a person with mastery rank 4 or 5 kills somebody an icon showing mastery rank appears under that champion's portrait.

Because then you would get camped instantly.

Seeing as my main tops Nasus Darius are already vulnerable to getting camped, having the Mastery 5 badge visible to the enemy team would be like having a "camp me" sign in my lane.

No, because like I said, those 2 champions are very vulnerable to getting camped. Darius especially, any half-decent jungler will use an enemy Darius as a way to get his toplaner fed.
