Some Base Stat Adjustments for Trundle and Singed

Singed and Trundle need two things in my eyes to be good. Singed needs MR per level and Trundle needs slightly higher armor per level. Singed gets NO MR per level and Trundle only gets 2.7 armor per level, with most SQUISHY champions getting 3 per level. I mean, I know Trundle is doing ok, but that is only because the meta is extremely in his favor and he isn't even doing great. You would think Trundle AND Singed would be picked more in a Tank Meta, but they aren't and I think giving Trundle at least 3 armor per level and Singed 1.25 magic resist per level and increasing his base MR to the standard melee 32.1 would be a great change to let them shine in a meta that favors them.
