Will Kog ever get an AD ratio on his W again?

Maybe remove the flat 2% but keep the minimum damage so it's basically the same thing early game and help him out with itemization.

Because a good Kog doesnt Build AD first but ATK speed with on hit effects :)

Putting an AD ratio on his W will either be pointless or crowd out other builds. There's really reason to do it. He already scales very well into late game, he doesn't need any help with that. He has plenty of items to choose from, arguably more than normal ADCs.
