rek'sai is trash, and has been for almost the entire season 6 and. even when picked in pro play she was trash.

she has 1 knockup... no slows.. and she pretty much NEEDS to flash in to land the knockup..

"so much cc" implies she has more than 1 and its even remotely reliable, and her tremor sense has been gutted too

Elise is also rather popular and we've also seen an appreciable amount of Ivern, with weird picks like Rumble and Shyvana showing up at least once each in addition. This is legitimately extremely good diversity for the jungle, and a huge improvement over the standard. Next patch has buffs to Nidalee and Gragas, which may increase the pool of viable junglers in competitive play.

What is there to complain about? This is completely fine.

Also these aren't the normal four junglers unless you've only played since like last year lol
