It'd be cool if we could trade or gift champion and skin shards

To trade a champion shard with someone both champions have to be equal of value. Example: ☒ Trading Ashe > Yasuo Ashe: 450ip Yasuo: 6300ip ☑ Trading Bard > Yasuo Bard: 6300ip Yasuo: 6300ip To trade the person has to be on your friends list for at least 24 hours. You can only trade 3 champions a year.

To gift a champion shard to someone you have to pay the amount the champion is worth before the person receives the champion. Example: Gifting Taric to TaricIsSOHOT, when you confirm gift you will lose 1350ip, do you accept? (This gives people with a lot of ip built up from having all the champs and rune pages, something to spend their leftover ip on) To send a gift the person has to be on your friends list for a least 24 hours. You can only gift 5 champions a year.
