@Rioters Yorick Bugs Fixed Yet Evelynn's E Bug Goes Untouched

Riot introduced quality of life changes to Evelynn's kit that has completely broken one of her main damaging abilities. Not only does Evelynn's E (whiplash) not pull her towards her target, it also does not apply on hit effects, making her main core item (Lichbane) completely useless. Now, you would think that such game breaking bug (and it is game breaking for that champion) would get hotfixed. But nope. Sylas gets a midpatch buff, Yorick's ult gets a mid patch bug fix, but Evelynn whom they targeted for QoL changes go untouched. So, when are you guys going to actually fix the bug, cause right now Evelynn is somewhat playable but not really.

I have never ever had this bug with Evelynn.

I have had a Yasuo skill right through getting airborned by my Ult. I have had a game where until I relogged, The R Goat didn't appear on its tracks, so I had no way to know when to R again to send it back. (I thought the Irelia I was vs was hacking. After 3 times, I relogged and Goat was back)
