PBE Buffs Complete Reworked Evelynn's Kit

When playing the new Evelynn, it always felt as if something was missing. These buffs, in my opinion, makes her kit feel a lot more like an assassin's. 25 sec cd refunded on ult and placed back into stealth on champion kill, ad scalings on her e so previous AD Eve players don't feel so cheated , damage taken in stealth knocks her out of it for 1.5 sec instead of the full 4 when she actively engages in combat. These additions to her kit should have been there since day one in my honest opinion and I sincerely hope they plan on going through with these changes. They don't fix the major gripe I still have about the champion (lack of mobility) but they will definitely make her feel more fluid and fun to play. These buffs probably won't go through but I'm holding on to hope.

I just want them to take off 50 units for the stealth range and drop the charm cook time to 2s.

The worry comes from her charm combo. Riot wants to ensure that the enemy has enough time to react to her charm properly, so in addition to the arrow indicator, she has a large detection range and a slow movespeed to make sure she has to break stealth and walk up slowly enough to react to if she enters the radius the instant charm is primed.

The easiest solution is to move the charm arrow indicator to 1 second after starting it instead of 2.5. That lets her have a consistent 1.5 second reaction time to her cc-based combo no matter what they do with her movement speed or stealth radius. It also lets her, with a smaller stealth range and faster approach, do smaller, non-100%-confirm combos using W's quick-proc slow, or to stealth up to a low-health target trying to back or wait for their cooldowns to come back up, and, well ASSASSINATE them using a quick EQR.

She never needed the charm in her old kit and she really doesn't need it in the current one. Her other abilities are mechanically similar to their old versions, and the charm should feel like an auxiliary compliment to her kit rather than something added that takes power away from the parts of Eve people were already familiar with.

She's too slow to reliably flank and catch enemies that are alone
