Those love tap nerfs did nothing...

You can't CC him because of his W

You can't force him out of lane because of his W again

He will always make more gold than everyone because he gets 8 extra gold per creep

You can't push vs him because he instakills creep waves with his E

He has a permanent ignite o basic attacks as a passive (it even resets lol)

You can't build armor vs him because his AOE crit nuke ignores it

Post 6 just drop ult on bot lane every cd for free double kills... No need to tp

You have to kill him during teamfights or he will nuke your team with his stupid barrels

But you can't kill him because his oranges will heal him back and ignore all CC you throw at him

more than half of the reasons you listed either tell me that you have no idea what his kit actually does, how fed he has to be to do what you described, or even, you don't even know how to play against him. Please, why don't you play gangplank yourself and tell me how easy it is to "just drop ult on botlane and get a double kill without teleport"?

Unrelatedly, I remember one of the first times I fought a Malzahar in ranked. I picked GP and oranged out of his ult. He stood there in shock as I killed him.

If that Malzahar player is like me he probably has a habit of yanking his hands off the keyboard the moment he casts his ultimate.

I do that because I've broken my own ult a few times by stumble-fingering and clciking the mouse somewhere during the channel, moving Malz and thus canceling the ult.

Riot doesn't gut champions unless there is truly no way to balance them. I don't see a single gutted champion that can't do well at all no matter what. Even Kha'Zix and Akali have their moments.
