Riot Should Introduce a Replacement Feature

Every one of us has been in a game with an afk, been in a game with a troll, been in a game with someone who is just unlucky and has bad ping or is against players of a much higher skill level. Most of us have probably been that one player who isn't doing well because matchmaking put a bronze against a gold. In cases like these, it's in the interest of both the player and their team to have the player replaced (Excluding trolls, unless they're trolling because they aren't enjoying the game and want to end it faster). My suggestion is that riot introduced a replacement feature:

There would be 2 parts to this, one being a queue option for "Replace", and one being a command in-game to vote for a replacement. The "Replace" queue (Just a general fleshing-out) would involve selecting maybe 2 roles you'd like to play, and joining a queue where the game would find a match in need of replacement. The in game command would involve typing something like /rplc (Summoner Name) and a vote would pop up. If 4 or more players said yes (Lowering chances of kicking someone out for nothing and allowing for removal if the player (Perhaps trolling) is not willing). The game would have an alert to both teams stating that a replacement would occur in a minute in a half, and the system would search for a Replace Queue participant and have them wait in a lobby to pick champions and masteries and runes until 1 minute and 30 seconds later. Upon entering the game, the replacement would receive gold equal to the amount earned by the predecessor (Total, as if the original didn't buy anything ever), and be at the same level the predecessor was before the replacement took place.

Incentives (Such as increase ip rewards?, or rewarding hextech keys and shards? Possibly another reward system?) would be given to motivate players to go in for roles that would generally be in a bad position since those people needed replacements, yet still make the enemy team not feel like they've been cheated.

This replacement system would be really difficult to manage and find a good balance for, due to frustrations to the enemy team, lack of people queuing up for replace and of course, as will all things, trolls trying to kick a player off for nothing. This is just a suggestion, please dont go all EOSFOISEHOFCJSELFHLSUEHFLIUhUH THIS WONT WORK because its obviously not a full specifications thing, its just a thought that would really improve the game experience and make it feel more fair instead of having a troll or afk every 2 games
