Can immobile melees have SOME form of agency against vayne?

Seriously, playing an immobile melee against vayne is probably the worst thing ever, especially later in the game where she invalidates your defense. If you get close to her, she just tumbles away or condemns you. She also can enter invisibility, leaving you clueless as to where she is.
