Give Ryze new passive a stack indicator similar to Rumbles

Not sure if he already has something like this on the PBE but it looks like to play Ryze well you will need to keep his passive stacked up to a certain level without hitting 5 stacks until you are ready. To me, that seems a lot like what you have to do when managing Rumbles heat level and so I hope RIOT will put an indicator bar like Rumbles or something similar by the champion's health/mana bars so you are not continually having to glance down at a small icon at the bottom of your screen.

I think something like this would be fairly important to his overall playability so please upvote and bump if you agree so RIOT will notice.
