Khristophoros5 votesJax level 15 with items wins vs almost anyone. It doesn't matter if he's been behind for the whole game. You can't straight up fight him without kiting him out somehow.
Urgot is an early game bully who rightfully falls off later.
The whole situation you described is working as intended.

Like I said if I ran into him 1v1 I won unless he used everything to run away.
He got Rageblade and everything was 180
One item should not do that to ANYONE.

I mean in that one fight. You can own someone in lane, then butterfinger a fight later on to miss everything. Jax has an ult that makes him surpremely tanky. It also looks like he added Hextech Gunblade and Sterak's into his inventory as well. With the healing from Hextech Gunblade and his ult, Jax is just so so tanky. Plus he can ignore the towers for quite a while with E.
giannishannibal3 votesWell quinsoo rageblabe gives more value when u have already stats. Jax is a stats-checking late game hypercarry. So quinsoo isnt THAT a problem but jax in this case. late game with TF,Titanic,Sterak and quinsoo get so much value cause he stack his passive fast with quinsoo so with 2 attack speed with w and titanic auto reset +plus ulti which you become tankier with more damage you build+ plus conq+ essense river he becomes 1v5 killing spam machine.
