Can Janna get AD scaling on her shield?

I mean like the shield scales with AD.

I like playing AD Janna, but her shield feels pretty useless valuewise even if it is a good AD steroid.

Since pretty much noone goes AD Janna, such a buff wouldnt really affect her strength as a support, I'd appreciate it for some off meta love. :)

So a Shield.

That scales with AD.

But also gives the Shielded target even more AD?

Am I understanding it correctly?

Isn't on-hit movement speed Janna much more effective than just full AD anyway?
