next time if i think of "im gonna outscale X champ"
look at my winrate because if its over 50% I lose. if its under it then im set.

I don't understand this post...
Your title mentions "outscaling" .. as in your champion has more lategame power than your opponent. ..
Then the body of your post is about "forced 50% winrate" ... which has absolutely nothing to do with a champion's ability to scale.

outscaling doesnt matter if you lose early already thats what i mean or a challanger vs a iron thing thats how i feel invisible MMR is a predestined game where the enemy has more "invisible" stats than you because their mastery is higher. so it forces you to a 50% winrate if you look at winrate and see your losing its over the 50%. instead of looking at your best/even game with the enemy team (aka your longest/similar kdas ratio) that would be more efficient.
Players are perfectly capable of keeping a 60%+ WR to climb While YOU may have a WR of 54%, if all four of your teammates have 45%-49% WR, and all of your opponents have 55-65% WR, then shouldn't your team win to force that whole 50% WR conspiracy?
Sounds like you should pick early game champs when you are at 50%+ ?
Idk what to tell you
