What use is Black Cleaver on someone who hits very few times? I doubt you'll ever get the full shred off. Frozen Mallet is great for zombie but human is meh. Sterak's... I guess. It's just not a very good choice. Titanic Hydra is amazing, yes. Deadmans is amazing too. Spirit Visage definitely. Banshees... eh. BT hell no. And definitely Merc/Tabi over Swiftness.

Also, Frozen Heart is by far his best item. Highly recommend getting it as early as possible. If vs a magic laner (like Rumble or Vlad), Specre's -> FH.

The 20% CDR, health, and AD are quite useful as well.

This build is derp. Since he stacks HP with his W, most items above have HP. Frozen Mallet is to lock down people after you punch them once, BC for movespeed. You're so relentless like this :3
