These changes aren't good. We'll get even less AP now. It's already impossible to kill anything as a mage, this just makes it even worse. GG

Continu to act as if the new Liandry is 'weak', make my day.

Rabadon 'buff' (we all know this change nothing) will make up for the AP lost and you have a new item that give a lot of AP with its active.

Mage never asked for more dmg and loosing barely 20 AP when runes give more early on than before the rework kinda show how biased you are. People ask for dmg to be toned down, mage would melt anyone sorry as with liandry + void staff, they still deal a sht ton of damage.

Atm, Twin Shadows is broken & luden is still way too weak.

Oh fuck me, Fizz Enthusiast is in charge of the changes -_-

Well here's hoping he manages to redeem himself.

Edit: Took a look, mages may actually have decent itemization choices coming out of this. I do think RoA tear users may actually become too strong at the beginning, but on the bright side I think mages have a late game again boys :D

I would've really liked seeing a spellvamp item and deathcaps cost reduced.

Spellvamp can never happen without a huge rework on every mage's abilities. It may work on Aurelion Sol, but then you have Vladimir completely breaking it or Xerath coming up to full health in bursts from fog of war. It works on adcs because the lifesteal is applied all the same, through autoattacks. Gunblade is balanced around it because it's just a terrible item for anyone not named Akali or Katarina.

Why is it any more broken than getting a statik shiv proc on a wave and getting chunks of your hp back as an adc? At least the mages have to use mana.

Because it's not broken though. Crit is. ADCs are squishy and have no health in their builds. Even if they're full health, they will die from a combo as if they were 40% hp or 20%.

Yeah let's ignore the two very successful adcs right now who don't build critical or just build hurricane. Varus KogMaw

If they can compete with critical users than that tells you it isn't just critical.

They can still build bt though and bork as you said? What does it matter if they don't have statik? Just because I made that point earlier that's not the only sustain adcs get.

I think it could work if they gave it a cool down so only once every x seconds u heal for a % of either your current ap or a % the damage u did with your last spell. It could even be an active u have to prepare like Titanic hydra so if u ready the item your next spell will heal you for X=% of current ap.

Ap spell vamp can work, riot just has to try.

Itt we learn mages are as big of crybabies as adc are.
