What if Immolate's damage was focused in a smaller window rather than being ambient damage?
Upon casting an ability, emit a burning aura for 3 seconds that deals Magic Damage per second to nearby enemies. Subsequent ability casts refresh the aura's duration.
Makes the damage not so ambient, which to my understanding is why the Immolate items all got nerfed in the update, and as far as I can tell most tanks wouldn't have too much trouble using it reliably.
Just seems like the items could be tuned easier this way, I don't know.
Plus, if they're focused on ability use, you could possibly give them CDR. Would make Sunfire an actually usable HP+Armor+CDR item, since we only have one of those (and it's literally Ohmwrecker) to three HP+MR+CDR items.
Have Bami's Cinder be a ~1300 gold Kindlegem upgrade, with the resulting 10% CDR for both Cinderhulk and Sunfire Cape.
Below is a general outline of the concept. I don't know how to balance their numbers, so I just randomly assigned some. Someone else can probably come up with better ones, since I think I lowballed it significantly.
