It's official, Darius isn't getting a rework

Now I'm not saying its BAD that he isn't going to be getting a rework anymore but is that a good idea?

He does well against certain matchups but is horrible against others, his kiting issue is incredibly horrible, and you can't buff his current form too much without breaking him.

Meddler has mentioned Darius will get more small buffs this season(hopefully his move speed) which I'm happy for as he isn't in a great spot currently in today's game.

Can I get a well thought out process for why he could potentially no longer be getting a rework?
