One of the few means of counterplay LeBlanc had in lane was dodging her chain. Now the missile speed is being increased on the PBE. Sure, maybe she has a bad winrate, but that doesn't change how miserable it is to lane against her.
You DO know how hard it is to land that thing without god like predictions, right? There are so many LBs I've killed simply because they can't hit those chains.
1600 was pretty slow to be fair, but I do agree that this is a poor way to buff her. LeBlanc could do with buffs but they need to stop buffing her by making it harder for her to fuck up/harder for the enemy to do things against her.
They always say the problem with LeBlanc is her kit is designed around massively limiting your options against her and yet they can seemingly only buff her by making it better at that. It's strange.
