I don't know how people can enjoy a champion that relies on a crutch item

how can anyone enjoy champs who need this item to function? i hate this design; i hate playing because I need this item just to do my job, the last rework made him rely on it instead of being optional, needs it and it made me stop playing him, needs it, are absolute cancer with it

stupid, why is this item still in the game? is just as dumb but at least the people who use it don't completely hinge on rushing it to be good.
