Syndra's passive is lackluster

Now when there is officially no middle game, and games almost always end before you hit lvl 18, i think syndra's passive is somewhat inapplicable.

Couldn't her passive work like Khazix's R, where each point she puts into her ult, lets her evolve one of her ability? At level 18 she is able to evolve once again (since you put 3 points into Ult and she has 4 abilities to evolve). Will definitely work as a buff to her, but considering her current state, this might be a good way to bring her somewhat back in the game.

Any opinions?

Games average at around 30 minutes game time. If you're not level 18 by then you deserve to lose lol

Mid game starts at around 15 minutes, or in other words: When laning ends. Late game starts once people are at 4+ items, or around 30 minutes in most cases.

That being said, there really isn't much reason to change her at all. She's fine atm and her passive is far from being the worst.
