What about Lethality Boots?

There's already a really nice and meaningful choice between and for mages and AP assassins that they have to do every game and that influences their playstyle whereas champions that build Lethality sometimes don't really have boots that fit them perfectly.

and are only really useful defensively and most lethality champs would rather invest into offense, you usually already get 40% CDR with a lot of penetration builds so you won't always need either, aren't as good anymore ever since the nerf and just isn't as good of an item to begin with.

Lethality boots are the solution. When you're snowballing or when you don't need the CDR all that much, they would be the boots of choice. It would also help with stacking more Lethality because currently it's very hard to penetrate through a lot the armor the enemy has, even squishy marksmen who don't have any armor item to pick from besides .
