So right now if you take
Insight Master that provide 15% CDR and lucidity boots that provide 10% CDR and Distortion boots that provide 15% CDR (CDR on summoner spells)
Flash cooldown should be 217 (But i buy them in my first buy on an ARAM game and my flash CD was 197 then i sell them i rebuy them and my flash was back to 217)
So what is going on here? what the right number and what the bugged number? anyone knows?
Cherysse1 votesActually if you get 40% CDR reduction on summoner spells then it should have 180 seconds cooldown, unless the Insight mastery is only reducing the cooldown by 10% instead of 15%.
But I believe it works multiplicatevely or by a priority order, maybe riot made one of those CDR reductions to be applied as a flat reduction to the summoner spells, and it can affect the way in which the multiplicative CDR is calculated.
