I just thought I'd bring it up. I think it needs to be changed in someway, because I don't think I've seen anybody grab this item, but Jax, and that was back in Season 4.

Probably because its pretty daunting to use, particularly due to it having 8 stacks to get fully functional.

It looks tempting, +30 attack damage, +72 ability power, +32/52 attack speed, +10% life steal/spell vamp for only 2590 gold. But in order to use it right you have to keep attacking minions before you engage, and while its effect lasts a nice 8 seconds this still means you lose a significant bonus each time you roam, and if you are not at less then 50% health you don't have access to all it can do.

Most other items are less daunting to use and keep their stats permanently, but those cost more. Its one of the few items (3 or 4 in total) that gives both attack damage and ability power though.

Every time I see this item I feel the urge to use it but I never do because I don't have the confidence in my skill to make it work.

Don't know if it really needs a rework, it needs better players. XD

Step 1) Remove its passives. Step 2) Give it 25-30 hybrid penetration that shares a named passive with Void and Whisper. Step 3) Nerf any hybrid champions who become too absurd with the new Rageblade.

So Jax? Even though he wouldn't need nerfs. We don't need to break the item, just make it usable on certain champions like Eve, and Jax.
