As a jungle main I can tell when you have a Shit support
Because the adc won't stop farming and the support is standing behind the adc and I'm running away because I'm losing a 1v2 and the support shields the adc.

If you gank bot lane when they have a huge wave and expect them to run through it to help you then you deserve what you get

Yeah, I see this all the time. If you are coming down river and we are backed up to our tower and you are going to gank on the far side of the clearing because the enemy bot is hanging back, we aren't going to be able to help. For one, we aren't gonna take a dozen minion shots as we push our way out. Even if there are no mins, it takes a few seconds to cross the clearing to join you.
Similarly, if you are the teams engage... this goes for anyone... and you dash, leap, blink, etc into the fray... remember that you are putting yourself a couple seconds ahead of your team if you don't coordinate it.
In the scenario you described I don't know why you engaged. Run into the lane, and if they don't CC, leave. In an ideal scenario the enemy gets CC'd by one of the bot lane members, which allows you to save yours for emergency situations.
I play three support champs mostly: Bard, Zilean, and an occasional tank. With the first two, I would 100% see a jungler coming and do what I can to drop bombs, or throw my ult as Bard. But you really shouldn't be going in hoping it will all work out.
The more pessimistic you are in this game, the better you do.
Stop diving into 1v2s.
