His hook has been completely broken since like two patches ago, and he's still enabled. Is this a fucking joke? I mean, unless his hook missing and then suddenly teleporting to random champions is working as intended.

if it is coded as a cone, it is a simple fix for riot provided you can prove this bug
cone effects (as far as I know due to an earlier bug in the game) hit targets that were in the cone before the half second delay on casting, so if it would have been impossible to dodge, but was dodged, it still takes effect
if this really is true, his hook could bring someone back from base or something after recalling XD
as others have pointed out to you, without a recording, it isn't proven technically
SS Enforcer1 votesIt's not actually a bug, that is how cone spells are supposed to work, such as cho silence and darius pull. They mark all enemies in the given area, and then they apply the effect to the marked enemy units. Also i doubt that Nautilus hook is a cone since it can only grab one person.

Have you not played against Nautilus since two patches ago? It happens in pretty much every game. Enjoy watching his hook hit the ground at max range, pause for a second, and then suddenly teleport to a champion who it otherwise would have gone past.

That's a separate issue. The one I'm talking about is that the anchor stops at max range, then teleports to a champion. I've had it teleport to champions who were completely block by me.
