Reksai as an Assassin thoughts

So I use to play Reksai Top and Mid. Looking at u.gg the Runes they say to use HoB and she has a low win rate for plat+.

For me I always play her as an Assassin and so take Elec or Conqueror but then also build differently (like a Yasuo and Zed mix together) Success with this has ether been I stomp in the whole game (laning I almost always win no matter what) or I win early then lose late.

I would be interested what other people experience is like with an Assassiny Reksai.
