If zed has a delay on his ult, then leblanc should have a delay on her w. It is completely frustrating to play against a leblanc who can 100-0 you and then instantly blink out before your team can even react. Make it so she has to wait 1 second before using w a second time.

Wild Wes1 votesI understand completely. Sometimes when you're the ADC your team doesn't even know what peeling is, and your middle laner feeds so the LeBlanc comes in 1 shots you backs out all while you had just blinked.
