But you seriously need to hot fix change her interaction with Twitch's stealth. No changes to ADC items, runes, or direct changes to him what so ever. But Twitch's WR has mysteriously jumped up 2% and the only direct change is the release of Yuumi.

She is single handedly inflating his winrate and has done so by 2%. That's a serious issue that should be looked at ASAP. .-.
Your logic is way flawed. Using the statistics from this patch we can see Yuumi's average winrate increases by 1.2% when she plays with twitch. Which means any game she plays with twitch as her ADC she wins 33%+1.2%= 34.2%. So when twitch plays with yuumi he averages a 34.2% winrate. So why did twitch's w.r increase this patch? The answer is simple. Vayne got indirectly nerfed this patch from the rageblade changes, less oppressive vayne = more freelo twitch.

I mean, Twitch submarine isn't something new. Shen + Twitch was the most godlike combo you could ever witness.
Except the only advantages it gives is letting yuumi cast q, e ad r while in stealth, which q isn't bad because it kinda reveals their location along with doing minimal impact. e should be able to be cast while in stealth because anther champions can still shield'buff twitch while he is invis. and ult legit reveals their position, the only reason why it's eve strong on twitch is because of the shock factor, if it started getting abused people would just know to target them and burst out twitch before he even breaks stealth. The interaction looks derpy but it's better than the alternative as well, since making yuumi's ability casts break twitch stealth would make them unplayable together. also twitch winrate has been fairly high for multiple patches and with nerfs to vayne, who matches well into him, it along with a nerf to rageblade nerfing vayne, kaisa and kogmaw who also all have good matchups into twitch, it is not surprising his win rate has gotten higher. Finally they have awful synergy together since they would probably be the worst duo in laning phase even if twitch took agro keystone. there is no possible way that a champion with a 29% win rate would ever inflate a champions win rate by 2%.
