Banshees Veil regen doesn't make sense and Spectres Cowl should build out of Rejuvenation Bead.

Kinda weird that it doesn't. When you build Spirit Visage, you would think that you need a rejuvenation bead somewhere in its recipe but no. Spectres cowl doesn't build from it considering it has health regen (only when hit) but still. It should at least give 50% base regen and give you the 150% when hit. Banshees Veil makes partial sense since it has a rejuvenation bead in its recipe, although seperated from Spectres Cowl. Just a little nit-picky. Here's the funny part, Banshees veil, with Spectre Cowl and Crystalline Bracer in it's recipe only gives 100% regen in it's final build. How does that make sense? Shouldn't Banshees have 200% regen?

Here is my idea, The recipe for Spectres Cowl should be Null-Magic Mantle and CRYSTALLINE BRACER. Give Spectres Cowl the 50% regen with the 150% regen when hit. The only problem here is that Null-Magic Mantle is 450 gold and Crystalline Bracer is 650 gold, which adds up to the total amount of Spectres Cowl (1,100 gold). Maybe bump up the price on Spectres Cowl from 1,100 to 1,200?

Leave Spirit Visage how it is.

For Banshees, after applying the changes on Spectres Cowl, give the final build of Banshees 200% regen.

While the idea makes sense in general, buffing MR items is the last thing this game needs right now.

I feel like this is a, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it," situation.

If anything, maybe buff the hp regen to 150%, like the Spectre's Cowl passive, but constant. But even then, I think Banshee's is fine.

Lets start with lowering Banshees spell shield back to 30 seconds. And then even to 20.

With amounts of spells flying (echo/FQC also proc it) it'd be a good change.

Spectres cowl doesn't build from it considering it has health regen (only when hit) but still.

Health regen after being hit is pretty different from health regen all the time, every time: which merrits not building out of bead, especially if you need to make sense of that change latter by adding more regen.

BV also isn't an item you're building for the HP/5, it's something you build to survive a magic-damage wombo-combo by doing things like making a Tibbers-to-the-face do 0 damage and stun you for 0 seconds, then additionally mitigate the fallowing QWE with a double-whammy from HP and MR.

Just because BV has HP/5 doesn't mean it needs amazing HP/5 (100% is already pretty solid).

HP/5 also does a solid job at countering the alternative mage play-style of poke-poke-poke-poke rather than OHKO bursting, making BV unusually strong as-is. Not to mention BV got bumped up to 70 MR this season, which is pretty much FoN levels of a 1 MR item that makes you more or less invulnerable to mages for the better part of a game. Doing the maths: 70 MR cancels out the equivalent of roughly ~210 AP: which is more AP than you're realistically getting even from Deathcap: an item that's 900 gold more expensive and provides nothing beyond AP, nothing to deal with that substantial HP, spell-shield, or HP/5 BV also provides.
