Stupid idea time: Make Lulu's ult scale based on target's max or current HP, not a flat value.

Short version: Tanks and HP stackers get more bonus HP when Lulu ults you. OR The lower HP you have, the less bonus HP you get.

Longer version: Instead of gaining 300/450/600 bonus HP upon casted, targets gain 150/225/300 + (10% of max or current HP) bonus HP instead. (Actual values can be adjusted but I'm just making up some numbers)

Lulu's ult should be more about empowering tanks, frontliners, and the like to engage and knockup, not a heal tool. This punishes inexperienced Lulu players should they misuse it, therefore adding some more risk to her kit instead of blindly throwing every spell onto one carry and expect results (ahem item 3504 ).

Either version (current or max HP based) or even both would actually add some skill expression.

How stupid/not stupid would this sound?

The numbers were fairly arbitrary, but there SHOULD be a nerf when casted on squishies. Early game can have a smaller (~50HP) nerf, while later game becomes even more punishing.

On tanks it should be an overall buff, but I can probably adjust to 15%-20% max HP.

Or instead of freaking out, we can make the values on squishies have a smaller nerf (like -50HP from original) while later game the difference from original becomes greater.

I have considered that because in lane, yes, ult is more useful heal-wise, but it should NOT be the basis of how every single time Lulu uses her ult outside lane, which is something that a lot of players have been doing and getting away with it completely. The point of that change is to make it so that she has to decide on who to actually ult instead of blindly throwing everything onto her ADC, do nothing else, and get carried.

I'm down, takes away from the bullshit that is supports - particularly Enchanter supports - functionally being an ADCs backpack and little else.

As well as some disgusting Lulu-Mundo/Sion/Cho'Gath synergy.

This is stupid af... BUT it can be really cool idea! I don't like Lulu making the squishy mages or ADC's on their team barely killable for like 10 seconds, but there should be a cap so tanks don't get literally unkillable... [Insert Cho'gath with 20 stacks with Cinderhulk, 3 Warmogs', Locket, and Gargoyle's Stoneplate...]

I like it. I do think there's some dangerous synergies there that other posters already pointed out, but that's not a dealbreaker for me in terms of the idea. I think it's the right direction.

What about restoring missing health? Would reward clutch heals, so you don't just add a big amount of health to an already big healthy tank?

If the tank is low health, it could mean he actually did his job of drawing the enemy's attention to himself, and that should be rewarded. Ergo, more health restored. If you're healing anyone else, there's still a reward in casting a bigger heal, since you waited just the right moment, or managed to get to your target just in time.

It would still work as bonus health, meaning that if the ally somehow manages to regain full health, the amount you restored with the ult would pile on top of it all, like it does now, until the end of the effect. Same as Nasus' and Renekton's ults.

I'd be OK with this change actually. I'm comfortable with Lulu's current gameplay, particularly as Riot have pushed her towards throwing everything on the ADC, but she was always supposed to have choices in who she supports and in particular whether or not she wanted to support frontliners. This would add some decision-making back to her kit.

that would make lulu more of a scaling champ and it depends on who plays it. but honestly, i dont think they should change it because a flat amount for new players to lulu make it so that she is easier to pick up, just likeTeemo is, simple kit, good damage, secondary wards or nukes but can be played to another level.

I like stupid ideas! I got one, marksmen right click something and it dies as if the marksmen is an assassin! Wait that's already in there? Okay um for real this time.. make it so that towers are made out of paper and shoot spitballs at champions, surely that will entice the enemy to dive you and not die! Wait.. you're telling me that's in the game already too? Crap okay so for real this time, alistar his base ad increase on his ulti again to make triforce alistar great again! :) Wait.. that's actually a good one lol, I'm sorry I'm really bad at this.
