Nothing feels more fair that at level 4 Zoe getting a 3rd summoner spell and flash, exhaust, igniting you.
Honestly, I need someone at Riot to explain to me why they thought giving some one RNG spells that other summoners have on a 3-5 minute CD was fair and balanced.

Summoner spells are much more valuable than abilities.
Just because I have 3 bills of currency and you have 3 bills of currency doesn’t mean we have the same amount of money. If the currencies are of different value. Also I would argue that her passive is a 3rd damage ability

Once she has them they are STILL SUMMONER SPELLS.. If you don’t think her picking up a free tp, ignite, exhaust at level 4 is problematic then there is nothing to talk about. If I punish her for it she pots up and the I lose any trade after that because she has exhaust. “Don’t get exhausted” isn’t counter play.
Especially in this snowball game with increased speed her having 3 summoners at level 4 can be the end of your lane and possibly game.

I'll agree that free TP is kinda broken, but ignite and exhaust hmm... Ahri's W on its own does more damage than an ignite, and in order to use these sums she has to get close to her opponent. Getting too close to any enemy champion as Zoe = death.

This is where I disagree. Her passive makes it near impossible for her to win trades. She has 2 abilities but her passive does crazy dmg. She doesn't even have to land an ability to access her passive.

Maybe if you saw which minions she had to kill to get an active... Or you could see where the active dropped and what it is before she even picked it up... Wait... all of these things exist.

Knowing she has a 3rd summoner spell isn't counterplay to her having a 3rd summoner spell
