I don't get some of the changes behind Rengar

The two changes being spammable Q, and cleanse on the W. I kind of understand the Q as he's not supposed to burst on 1/2 q's, but being able to use it over and over makes him much more viable against tanks, which is NOT the purpose of an assassin. The cleanse is bizarre though. For the longest time, the biggest counter to assassins has been CC. Sure they can burst 2-4k damage, but they have no health. So a nice 1-3 second stun can be like a whole monkey (wrench) being thrown into the gears. The motivation behind this is dodgy as hell to me. If anyone can shed some light I'd appreciate it.

you can avoid his Q now and it doesn't crit

Rengar sacrifices empowered Q burst to be able to use the cleanse, huge tradeoff

Nah I gotcha, that makes sense.

The trade-off isn't all that big though, seeing as it's either death or not death :p

I'd honestly prefer the old one, new one is still nearly impossible to avoid without flash or some dash.

Old one was also harder to use.

And having crit Rengar be a viable build isn't a bad thing either.

I don't get why it is so good against tanks though, that shouldn't be a thing. Give him charges or something, and when he ults he gets an extra charge, or after jumping out of brush he gets an extra charge (that should have a CD). 2 Q's + Ferocity Q should be plenty to assassinate, he doesn't need a 3 second CD Q for tank killing too.
