If Vayne is balanced, there's a lot of weak ADCs.
52% is basically balanced. anything above 56% needs to be addressed aka the juggernauts lol.
She's balanced. And she really isn't that bad unless youre bot lane is feeding, as with any other ADC. They snowball, it's what they do.
Highest pick rate but still only wins half her games. Seems balanced to me.
Her playerbase's experience is the second highest of an ADC. Only Draven players are more experienced with the champion.

She's on the list of being looked into for 5.18, Riot hasn't promised anything though. And geez, since when is 52% game breaking? Skarner hit 65% win rate and that was definitely out of line so he got hotfixed. 52% means she's consistently pretty good but if they nerf her that'll probably drop pretty badly.
