I love that If she falls slightly behind an AP mid laner she can actually buy Hexdrinker and its an efficient item on her. Its not actually fucking retarded in the slightest

Just ban her every game. If she manages to slip through and you're up against her just surrender leaning phase unless she's overly aggressive/bad. Don't allow her to roam (ward bot side river or push) and that's probably the best you can do. You can try and roam yourself as well.

Now seriously, as a main kat ... Magic Resist shuts down her really hard. You must acknowledge that Magic Resist is not very efficient towards her passive, because it hands tons of damage and MR only applies once towards the total damage. Although, her ultimate dies out, horribly - She sends out 15 daggers in 2,5 seconds, which means every dagger will suffer from MR, this means your MR will multiply itself by the number of daggers she hits you with - After all - Just keep your eye on her passive, having MR just garantees you will survive against her ultimate.
