What's with kai'sa?

Kai'sa is a scaling hyper carry, kind of like tristana. If she gets ahead it is really hard to stop her unless the player makes a mistake. If she is behind you want to keep her behind, don't let her farm or get kills. Once she starts getting items she scales hard and the longer the game goes on and the more items she gets, the stronger she is going to be. There are ways to counter her, lane bullies such as MF and Draven can out poke her and make her miss a lot of farm. Ashe is another champion who can counter kai'sa even if she is underrated. Ashe's slows recently got buffed so she can kite kai'sa for days plus her range is longer than kai'sa's
