Grounded Mechanic- Champions You Should Consider Putting It On

Likely on his W since that's currently the least noticeable part of his kit overall. Would be cool if it Grounded enemies and would really work since it's Adhesive Glue.

Likely on her Q since it's the only move it would really work on. Tentacle Slam would slam the enemy into ground to make them unable to dash or blink. Would make her a little less completely raw damage.

Likely on his E. It would help Maokai against ganks since his E could Ground them upon exploding, giving him time to run from the gank.

Might be overkill with her W, but I think it would be cool if we pushed Poppy into the "Anti-Mobility" niche with her Q applying Grounded. Would allow Riot to push her in a direction besides just a generalist Fighter/Tank with a disengage ultimate.
