then where is his cannon barrage coming from?

or he probably just got a lesser ship and he uses the krakens you get ingame to upgrade it doesn't that make like 100% sense considering he probably just stole the lesser ship

Dude its self implied.

Regardless of what happened, there will be a portion of his crew that survived that is legitimately loyal to him.

Even more so that MF is hunting them down, rallying behind gp once more would be quite easy.

As someone else also stated, his Flagship was destroyed, not his entire armada. He could still have the Noxian War Gallon he stole for all we know.

Gangplank and TahmKench made a deal with each other what desired most was his ship so made the deal and now his cannon barrage comes from mouth as he gave him his ship but ate it.

The other thing that is bothering me about it is that you can also choose to have Death's Daughter fire in your ult.

I guess I could see GP getting a new smaller ship (since the tool tip doesn't say that he signals the Deadpool, just "his ship") without announcing the fact that he is still alive. But he kicked Death's Daughter, his prized cannon (most people who hold something they have above any other like it, wouldn't be quick to give it's name to another after it's passing) , overboard as an execution for TF and Graves, to give it a good send off.

yea, its weird since he sank that cannon to the bottom of the bilgewater bay, when he tried to execute tf and graves.

you have to pay 500 silver searpents for it in game, so I believe we can interpret Gangplanks gameplay as a way to obtain the resources to outfit a new ship worthy of his reputation which would explain the different aspects of the ult he upgrades such as the number of canons, Deaths daughter, and the sails of his ship which raise morale. He is preparing for war with the entirety of Bilgewater

He doesnt start the game with Death's Daughter. Once he gets 500 silver serpants, he can hire people to retrieve it for him. It actually makes more sense in-game than it did before - if he always had Death's Daughter, why does he have to pay to use it?
