Can you make her auto attacks better? Last hitting with her is difficult during laning phase. But I was also thinking her e should restore mana on unit kills like cass. Maybe if she kills a minion with her e it should refund mana and like half the cooldown. Just to make her pre six farming feel better.

Shes not op, she has a lot of counters and Assassins can be very strong into her which are basically what you see in almost every game now. Also once 6.23 patch comes out, her R>E combo is going to be slowed down a lot.

and the only other champ who gets refunded mana on an ability for killing a minion is Cassieopia and we all know how balanced she is

I don't think she does way to much damage, even with her current R>E combo. Hell, Old leblanc's Q>W almost did as much as that and it's basically the same thing (un-dodgable damage), but the only difference was that Anivia uses her ult for it (Yes I know an ult with only 7 seconds but it still takes up her ultimate spot).
(This part is not directed at you, but to everyone who just complains about Anivia or her R>E combo) The thing is...no one really punishes Anivia for doing her combo. Her R>E is not enough to one shot some one unless it's late game and shes fed. During the lane phase, people would take her R>E and then just back off and not fight her back, when they should just fight her because after her E is used she has nothing until her ult comes back off CD Or she hits her Q (which is easy enough to dodge). People just get hit by her R>E combo, take about half their HP and then back off and complain about it when they could just turn that trade easily into a kill...or at least get her egg.
Also it's not as freely for her to use it, even in the late game. It costs her almost 300 mana to use her R>E and that is assuming she only leaves her R out for the min 2 ticks, obviously it will become way more mana if she leaves it out.
She has strong parts but she is easy to play against/counter and there are a lot of good picks into her. People just don't really use it.

but he can reliably use his Q to farm or even his E.
However, I feel the mana refund on E would be a bit to much. If anything, maybe increasing her base mana or her mana regen but not give her back mana on her E.
